Suspension

Making the shock mounts were easier that expected. It could have been because I was working indoors in  a fully stocked shop, not in my parents drive way.

The coilovers are Koni adjustable circle track shocks with A-1 Racing threaded sleeves and AFCO springs. the bottom 1/2" rod end has been replaced with a 5/8" Carrera  rod end. Stock shock mounts are a thou. or two over 5/8", with a little sandpaper the 5/8 rod end fit quite nicely.

All coil over part were order from Pit Stop USA.

The R200 came out of a late 80's 300zx (Z31). The CV axle flanges can be pulled right out and 260z u-joint axle flanges can be pressed right in. So far it has bolded right up. I did have to move a little metal on the cross member,   1/4" spot welded seem had to be hammered down.

More Info on Rat Dat

I don't know if I NEED to shorten the half shafts like Rat Dat did. It seems fine but I really have not checked it out

Later I will get a LSD and covert to CV joints but right now I just want to drive the damn thing.
